Who I Am
I build AI decision systems for high-stakes environments where policy, accuracy, and scale all matter. Examples include routing low-confidence claims to escalation instead of one automatic pass and what it takes to move from one API call to a production agent.
I turn unclear, high-impact problems into systems you can run: when RAG is the wrong abstraction, harm mitigation across model, grounding, and UX, and automation with human review plus clear quality signals.
I’ve shipped at Volvo Cars, SAP, Airwallex, and Alibaba across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., from trade compliance and procurement to cross-border commerce and payments. I’ve written about discovery and ROI for procurement AI and governed metrics through the semantic layer. Across domains, the common thread is AI that helps people decide under uncertainty.
